Dr. David Shelton, president of Plasmonics Inc., the Orlando technology firm that is developing unique infrared metamaterials for use in advanced optical devices, modulators, and sensors, has been invited to lecture at the Eighth Annual Night Vision Systems Conference in Arlington, Va. Dr. Shelton will join several distinguished lecturers at the conference including Dr. Nibir Dhar of DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Bernd Gerhardt of the German Ministry of Defense and Dr. Michael Thomas of Johns Hopkins University.
